Employee Life Services (ELS)
Employee Life Services (ELS), offered through Beacon Health Options, can help you deal with personal challenges that could affect your health, your personal life or your job effectiveness. The confidential program provides you with access to trained professionals – and it’s offered at no cost to you.
You also have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides you and your covered dependents up to eight sessions with a counselor per specific situation per year, at no cost to you.
Call toll-free at (555) 537-5221, or visit www.achievesolutions.net. You will be connected to an EAP counselor, who will talk with you about your problem or concern and determine the services you need.
After assessing your situation, the EAP counselor may refer you to a credentialed EAP network professional in your area so you can meet to talk through your problem in person.
