Access to Expert Medical Support

We know how important it is to be able to get answers to your medical questions. That’s why we provide several programs that allow you to speak one-on-one with a registered nurse about your health concerns. You can call, or a nurse may call you if you are eligible for a program.

24/7 Nurse Hotline

Whether it’s a fever at 4 a.m. or an ear ache at 11 p.m., call the Nurse Hotline 24/7/365 at (555) 747-7133.

Treatment Decision Support

If your doctor recommends a certain procedure or treatment, expert nurses can answer questions, provide advice and help you make decisions about treatments or procedures.

Hospital Case Management

A case manager can help make sure you get the best hospital care by ensuring that best practice guidelines are followed.
