Benefit from onsite specialists that can help treat back, neck and joint pain. Integrated Mechanical Care (IMC), with offices at most locations, provides a non-invasive method to treat pain. During your initial visit, an orthopedic specialist will evaluate the source of your pain and develop a treatment strategy tailored to you.

On average, most IMC patients experience results within five to seven visits.

If you complete your course of treatment with IMC, your visits with this orthopedic specialist will be provided at no cost to you!

IMC is located at all MFHCs (HNA, Donaldson, Lexington and Ardmore) as well as the following sites: US2, US3, US4, and US8.

Precertification co-pay for imaging

If you need non-emergency musculoskeletal imaging, you must pre-certify it through IMC or pay a $500 co-pay^* in addition to your deductible and coinsurance (not to exceed the cost of the service). If you’re based in the field or don’t yet have access to IMC at your site, this fee will not apply.
